Virta

Accessibility statement

Virta is committed to making our services inclusive and usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We continuously strive to improve the user experience by adhering to recognized accessibility standards and we are actively working to enhance accessibility across our services.

Conformance status

Virta’s services are heading towards compliance with the Accessibility Act. Virta’s services are currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We offer multiple channels for EV Drivers to access our services, recognizing that individuals have different needs and preferences. Our services for EV drivers include mobile applications, RFID tags, physical chargers, web interfaces and a dedicated support phone line. Together they complement one another to ensure our services are accessible in a variety of ways. By offering diverse options, we aim to make it easier for everyone to use our services in the way that works best for them.

While we are committed to making our services accessible, there are currently some limitations that may affect the user experience for people with disabilities. For example, not all images and non-text elements have text alternatives, and some content relationships or structures may not be fully compatible with assistive technologies.

We are constantly engaging in a dialogue with member state officials to gain the latest accessibility interpretations and to align our services accordingly.

Feedback

While the accessibility act is generic across industries, we at Virta pride over our care for EV drivers. For this we have established processes to follow and react to feedback of EV drivers to sharing, raising and flagging any accessibility barriers they encounter using our services.

If you encounter accessibility barriers, or have any questions related to the topic, please contact us by sending an email to: support@virta.global

We are actively working to address the limitations of our services and will do our best to correct the shortcomings. Improvements will be continuously delivered as we update our services.
