We have enhanced the user experience by displaying the complete charging point ID (EVSE ID) in accordance with the standard. While the full EVSE ID is now visible, we continue to highlight the previously used short EVSE ID, offering users a familiar visual reference. Additionally, users have the option to utilize a Custom EVSE-ID if preferred. All reports and searches now fully support the complete EVSE-ID.

Firmware updates involve upgrading the core software and security that control your charging stations. With Virta Hub, you can now mass update firmware for tens of charging stations simultaneously, saving time and improving efficiency by reducing manual effort.
